Occasionally when an inspection report is edited by more than one person at a time, such as a service writer on the Todays Vehicles Page (TVP) and a technician on a tablet, conflicting results can be entered for a topic. When a conflict occurs an alert symbol is shown on the Inspection Report tab when opening the work order for a vehicle on the TVP.
After selecting the Inspection Report tab, a revision manager shows the conflicting topics and the service writer can select the correct revision of the inspection report.
An asterisk is shown in the inspection list to denote the current revision selected using the revision manager.
