Fine-Tune the Inspection Metrics Report

100% inspection rate is a recommend procedure, but often the question is raised “Why should we re-inspect a vehicle, which is coming in within 2 weeks of the previous visit?”.

Fair enough. Just select the option on the inspection metrics report to exclude all visits, which are follow up visits (1).

 

Lets check how it makes a difference. The baseline reports below show the version where follow up visits are excluded and viola the inspection rate is higher (1) than in case all visits count (2).
