AutoVitals Partner WorkshopPartnership + The Digital Shop = Workshop

When we started the workshop idea 10 months ago, we tried a new concept and we are happy to report that it is working!
Shop Owners, Service Advisors and Technicians have visited the workshop, some even twice, and your feedback encourages us to keep going. The AutoVitals Partner Workshop is designed to gather SmartFlow veterans, new clients and shops, who want to know more about SmartFlow in one place.

A specifically designed classroom helps getting your hands on tablets and a 42 inch touch screen, so the interaction between Technicians and Service Advisor(s) simulates real life at the counter and in the back shop. No running back and forth anymore. Over the last 10 months we have also seen the need and opportunity to provide SmartFlow training in a real shop environment and we were blessed with shop owners, who applied to become SmartFlow trainers.  This one-day-in-shop training is called the Digital Supervisor Training and equips you with the knowledge and handbook and even a (free) tablet to get back home and train your staff in your own shop to go Digital in only 12 days.

More details and sign up forms can be found at www.DigitalSupervisorTraining.com.

Below are a few fun facts describing how shops get rid of paper and turn to the Digital Shop.

We were fortunate to be able to collect information from the workshop participants about their priorities when introducing the Digital Shop, and summarized the findings in the infographic below. The Digital Shop enables to measure Key Performance Indicators (KPI) much more accurately and faster than the traditional way. Even more, a lot of focused shop owners enjoy using KPIs impossible without the Digital Shop, e.g., technician behavior when performing the inspection (pencil whipping, over-recommending, sweet spots, etc.). Check below what workshop attendees thought about the impact of different measures to increase certain KPIs. For example, if you are focused on increasing ARO, then picture taking and adding more than 5 recommended actions to the inspection, as well as teaching your service advisor how to edit the picture and educate the motorist. Join us for the next workshop in Raleigh/NC and Santa Barbara/CA and collaborate with fellow shop owners, service advisors and technicians!
