Setting up a Production Manager and their Proxy

Production Managers (PM) manage typically estimate building and dispatch techs and receive all alerts and tasks configured in the settings (see above)
There can only be ONE PM at a time. If this person is not online, the proxy PM takes over. The proxy can be configured in the settings shown below.
If neither PM nor the proxy is online, SAs need to pick up the slack and assign the task to themselves. This is indicated by a warning sign on the TVP.X banner (see below)
