Even with native texting implementations, carriers like AT&T Mobility and T-Mobile make are very sensitive to links at certain positions in the text message. They simply don’t render links to be clicked on or when a link is at the beginning, an image is shown, so that it doesn’t look like it belongs to the message, or a link at the end is prone to be corrupted by losing characters.
