Collect more Information for better service!

Providing better customer service and streamline internal shop processes is sometimes very easy to accomplish.

Ask your customers on the appointment request just two additional questions and they will appreciate the higher quality of service.

Go to MyShop->Customer Communication Settings and configure whether the short form is used (default) or the extended option, which will result in the additional info collected, shown below
