Service Advisers can set the ability for a foreman or senior tech to assign jobs directly from the tablet. By default this ability is turned off, since best practice is to manage the labor distribution from the service adviser’s desk. This allows you to establish more control over the technician’s capabilities. The first and only step is to enter the inspection settings via TVP and set the indicated setting to either “YES” or “NO”. See the subsequent pictures for the tablet’s expected behavior
